It is most probably caused by being logged in too long and your session expires. |

In the settings for avast you should be able to find an exclusion list, it could be under advanced/Expert settings.
There should be an exclusions tab with a few programs already there.:
Tick R, W and X and then browse to the folder you want it to be. Best way to do this is disable avast protection, download/move remote manager somewhere and then add it to the exclusion list, then re-enable the anti virus. |

The reason for this is about two years ago, someone launched a malicious attack against realsnipers.com.
They compromised the server we had (the old server with fasthost) and uploaded a HSBC phishing site. This phishing site they put up was then sending about 10,000 emails a second crashing the server and getting us blacklisted on pretty much every email service provider including google who then listed our site as a malware distribution. There was a brief investigation from the police which we proved it was not us that had done it and using logs proved it was a malicious attack. Since then a lot of work has gone into clearing the name, we are slowily getting off blacklists but it's a long process sadly.
The only thing i do know is everything is clean. It's all been uploaded from my computer and nobody else has access to |

Just scanned it myself and it has come up with a generic malware warning, it's probably a false positive but as it's third party, i can't check/find out why.

There used to be a quick guide on the forums but not quite sure where it has disappeared to.
The easiest and quickest way would be to use the quick connect option and put in the IP, password and your username.
But like chrissy said, it is invite only here at Real Snipers. |

It might have been at a time i was making some changes. I have to clear the server cache and sessions when i make changes for them to take effect.
Is there a specific post/page you are trying to access where it happens more often? |

@Tellespalla i dont mean to sound bitchy or anything but im in a bad mood and dont need to be told how to run a website, i dont want to put all the files in the main folder, if i wanted to do that i woudl have im not an idiot, secondly the reason they are in a seperate folder is because there is a landing page (for reasons i am not putting out there yet)
Secondly the server is a dedicated server UNMANAGED. It doesnt do backups (except manual backups when i tell it to) it doesnt have a hosting company managing it, its not a reseller it is DEDICATED only 1 website running on it. |

no is nothing but an index file in the "public_html" folder. it is NOTHING to do with the website or script, which is what i have said and you can still type realsnipers.com (t used to be web but due to cache reasons i had to change it) but the loading issues is nothing to do with teh script on the site or any moduels ive created |

what operating system are you running, windows 7 and vista you need to run the installer as administrator, by right clicking on it and slecting run as administrator.
If that doesnt work try going through your program folder and deleting any novaworld folders that you find, this could be stopping the new ones from copying over.
If that doesnt work, try disabling your antivirus and installing the game (and running as administrator if you need to)
If those dont work, then im out of ideas :peace: |
