Cannot change Visible in OnShow or OnHide

I cant add server...I already tried to reinstall pinger but again the same...I do not have this problem at home, only at work...
can some1 help me pls pls |

| Run bhd as admin and run pinger as admin you will still get error messages just ignore them i use windows 7 and get on fine with it. |
