Brown screen???

When i load up dfbhd and go 2 join game where u enter your username and password that dont come up???? all i get is this brown screen and i dont understand Confused

.. Ive restarted computer and hub also checked firewall but everything else seems fine!!! Anyone have any ideas or experienced this before?
