Lol! Do not worry Sarge, this error only occurs when you click a link twice. (Double clicking)
Like the Forum link above, test it out for yourself, click it once, softly, and it will load normally.
Now double click the Forum link above, boom, SQL error :)

It is most probably caused by being logged in too long and your session expires.
