 i  am  running  windows  8,  64bit  and  sound  is  Realtek  high  definition  audio

 Hi  Derrick  
 
 try  running  in  and  older  compatibility  mode  (not  sure  how  it  is  in  win  8  )  but  right  click  the  icon  and  you  should  get  some  options  1  of  them  will  be  to  run  in  XP/win7  mode.

 I  have  the  same  problem  you  can  solve  it  by  typing  the  pasword  again  in  TS  and  than  its  over.
 When  you  come  in  a  few  days  later  it  happend  again.....  its  a  pasword  problem  the  setting  for  remember  the  pasword  have  a  failure.
 Sometimes  it  works  properly  and  no  pain  at  all  but  when  you  get  the  error  mesage  retype  the  pasword  and  it  over.
 
 This  works  for  me..............only  when  TS  is  down  then  we  have  a  big  problem

   im  kinda  the  go  to  person  with  TS  ,  but  I  need  you  to  be  online  and  ready  to  sort  this.  let  me  know  when  your  available  to  sit  for  an  hour  MAX  to  sort  this  :)
