Just scanned it myself and it has come up with a generic malware warning, it's probably a false positive but as it's third party, i can't check/find out why.

The reason for this is about two years ago, someone launched a malicious attack against realsnipers.com.
They compromised the server we had (the old server with fasthost) and uploaded a HSBC phishing site. This phishing site they put up was then sending about 10,000 emails a second crashing the server and getting us blacklisted on pretty much every email service provider including google who then listed our site as a malware distribution. There was a brief investigation from the police which we proved it was not us that had done it and using logs proved it was a malicious attack. Since then a lot of work has gone into clearing the name, we are slowily getting off blacklists but it's a long process sadly.
The only thing i do know is everything is clean. It's all been uploaded from my computer and nobody else has access to

In the settings for avast you should be able to find an exclusion list, it could be under advanced/Expert settings.
There should be an exclusions tab with a few programs already there.:

Tick R, W and X and then browse to the folder you want it to be. Best way to do this is disable avast protection, download/move remote manager somewhere and then add it to the exclusion list, then re-enable the anti virus.

Just as a double check - I have scanned the server for viruses and there are none present. I have also re-booted.
As Danny says, exclude the Server Manager from your AV program and it should then ignore it.

I spoke to Ben last night and he said I didn't need Avast as I have Microsoft Security Essentials
on my pc so I took Avast off. Now Microsoft is saying that the remote manager has a
Trojan:Win32/Dynamer!dtc thingy on it and it won't let me open it, microsoft just put it in the
quarantined items folder.

Microsoft security software detects and removes this threat.
This trojan detection was added to the Microsoft antimalware definitions after advanced automated analysis.
The generic nature of this detection means that the malicious behaviors can vary from one sample to another. No further information is currently available on this threat.

Chrissy i use MSE as well .turn off real time protection and then download the remote and allow it to finish and run the remote then turn on real time protection. Like Dan said it is a faulse positive, it will be fine then add it to the exclude files and locations like the pic shows so when it does its scanning it wont pick it up as a virus

This is the file they say is dodgy.
And this is the file name on the downloads
9safbjngv3.zip with the message, this unsafe download was blocked by SmartScreen Filter.

Chrissy fixed it, I was all like hey I can fix it I can fix any computer problem and I can also levitate off the ground and stuff, and she was all like if I want it done right I will have to fix it myself and so she fixed it. Then she and her computer began to levitate in mid air and started glowing like the aurora in the sky. I wasn't jealous or anything I was just happy about being apart of something special.
