Mobo: looks fine
Ram: fine.
Gfx: Wondering about why you chose 2 9500s in SLi, If it was me, i would of just stuck with Atis 4870 card, or even a 9800gtx/2 or 8800gts.
Processor: Dual core is actually faster at gaming than a Quad, because games these days dont actually use more than 2 cores, especially BHD. If i was you, id look into buying an after market cooling fan or heatsink, and overclocking the q6600 to 3.2ghz to make it worth while to have. its very easy to do, and the Q6000 is great for it.
Optical drive is fine.
Case is fine.
Storage: If you dont do much downloading and you already have a 150gb drive, you should be ok, but if you was looking for performance you should of got a Veloci Raptor 10000rpm drive
Storage doesnt cost alot these days, and WD & Samsung offer a great 1000gb drive for the price.
Power supply looks good, will be sufficient for the low powered 9500s.
22 inch screen is good.
Vista is fine.
Definitely a budget build, and will be fine to run most games, but not the best graphic detail.
One i have started to build is:
