Nova was down that would be your problem. Since yesterday evening Nova is back up.
For the future just install the pinger and you can also join when Nova is down.

Hello Marcel,
we don't have the game as download, but what you can do is copy your installed
game on a extern harddrive and put on the pc from your brother. Install the pinger
and all is fine.

did you made a new install from your game? When yes then you need to make the update.
With the pinger just ignore the error messages, we get them all.

Hello Roy,
at first you need to run the pinger as Admin.
When you will update your pinger you have to login here
first, then you can update the pinger.
These error messages just ignore.
