I have team sabre installed and it works fine. Only thing i do have a prob with though is hosting a server, people get punted out, probs because they dont have TS version.

it only scans the programs to see if it modifies the games code, it does not collect info of said programs, only if it modifies the games code.
how is that against privacy, thats what ur agreeing for it to do?
if it did not scan the programs to see if they are modifying the game, how would it pick up a cheat???
Please explain how it is a security threat as it is not opening any ports on ur computer, it is not logging ur key strokes, it is not logging any personal info, it will log info of a program if it modifies the game code. Thats what it is suppost to do.

Sigurd does not report things back 2 them any personal info about u.
It scans ur pc for any program that trys to modify the games code. If for any reason that said program modifies the games code it will report back to sigurd that 1 program name and what exactly it is doing.
If you do not agree for sigurd to do this, simple, dont install it.
When the majority of servers turn sigurd only once all the bugs / as many bugs as poss have been flushed out, then u wont be able to join without. Ur decision.
Obviously there will be bugs at the moment as sigurd is only in beta stage.
Work with them to resolve it and it will be as bug free as they can make it.
It is no way shape or form spyware/malware as it does not gather any of ur personal info from ur hdd. Some av / firewalls my send out false positives because of the internal scanning of every file on ur hdd but that is something i have agreed to whilst installing the software.
If it does not scan all your files, what good is it doing from stopping you using a cheat as it will not pick them up as it hasnt scanned them.
At the end of the day, if you do not like it, they are not forcing u 2 use it.
